Ruth & Lidia

Lidia Jukic

PRINCIPAL AND FOUNDER

Lidia Jukic is a senior legal and risk professional with 20+ years of experience spanning financial services, insurance, and general commercial and corporate. She has held senior in-house roles, including General Counsel & Company Secretary at Tokio Marine Australasia and Head of Commercial Law, Pacific at Aon Australia, as well as senior contractor roles at Allianz and Willis Towers Watson, that uniquely places her to understand the bespoke challenges of both local and multinational businesses operating in complex, highly regulated and fast paced environments.

PRINCIPAL AND FOUNDER

Ruth is an experienced and commercially grounded legal professional with more than 20 years of experience across diverse sectors, including financial services, property, tourism, and energy. She has held senior in-house roles and worked with clients in consulting engagements across highly regulated industries. Her experience includes working with major corporates such as Willis Towers Watson, Tokio Marine Insurance, HSBC, CBA, Westfield and Stockland. Ruth began her legal career in private practice with leading Irish law firm McCann FitzGerald.
